----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. WHAT IS KYC VERIFICATION?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

KYC, or "Know Your Customer," is a standardized compliance and security
procedure utilized by financial institutions and infrastructure providers
to verify the authentic identity of their clients. This process prevents
fraudulent transactions, prevents financial abuse, thwarts unauthorized
network exploitation, and ensures compliance with applicable federal, state,
and international regulations.

At 42U Networks L.L.C. ("42U Networks"), we require KYC verification for
orders or accounts flagged by our risk assessment systems due to incomplete,
inaccurate, mismatched, high-risk, or suspicious information. Additionally,
42U Networks reserves the right to request KYC verification at onboarding or
at any time during the service lifecycle to preserve the operational and legal
integrity of our platform.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
2. WHY IS KYC NECESSARY?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

KYC verification is essential for:
- Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Mitigation: Verifying customer identity
ensures accounts and services are not being acquired using compromised
credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or synthetic identities.
- Regulatory & Legal Compliance: As a United States infrastructure and
network provider, 42U Networks must comply with applicable state, federal,
and international legal mandates, including anti-money laundering (AML)
and trade sanctions rules.
- Platform & Network Integrity: KYC safeguards all users across our
multi-homed network infrastructure and hosting environment by preventing bad
actors from provisioning services for cyberattacks, phishing, botnets,
or malicious network abuse.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
3. WHAT IS THE VERIFICATION PROCESS?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Identity verification is conducted securely through our specialized identity
verification partner, Didit Identity, Inc. (IDV).

When requested, customers are required to complete a secure automated check
submitting:
1. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification document
(such as a driver's license, state ID card, or national passport).
2. A live biometric photograph ("selfie") to verify liveness and confirm
that the image matches the provided identity document.
3. The last four digits of their Social Security Number (SSN), national tax
identifier, or country-equivalent identification number (where applicable).

The verification check is fast and automated, allowing verified accounts to
be cleared for provisioning quickly. KYC is not requested on every routine
order; it is deployed selectively when triggered by risk scoring, order audits,
or specific regulatory thresholds.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
4. PROHIBITION ON MISREPRESENTATION & CIRCUMVENTION
----------------------------------------------------------------------

In accordance with Section 1 of the 42U Networks Terms of Service:
- All information provided during account sign-up and KYC verification must
be 100% accurate, complete, truthful, and lawful.
- The use of forged, altered, synthetic, or third-party identification
documents, disposable aliases, proxy identities, or false contact details
to bypass age verification, evade sanctions, bypass platform restrictions,
or circumvent previous account bans is strictly prohibited.
- Submitting fraudulent identity information constitutes a material breach
of our contract and will result in the immediate termination of all accounts
and services, forfeiture of all prepaid fees and account credits without
refund, and potential referral to relevant financial institutions and law
enforcement authorities.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
5. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS HANDLED & SECURED
----------------------------------------------------------------------

We take customer data privacy and confidentiality seriously:
- Highly Restricted Access: Review of submitted verification reports is
restricted exclusively to LLC members (Ethan and Evan) and authorized
compliance officers. General technical support staff have zero access
to identity documents.
- Immediate Redaction & Purging: Biometric facial data, ID images, and
sensitive identification records are immediately redacted and purged from
active systems once validation is complete. 42U Networks does not retain
permanent archival copies of your government ID.
- No Sale or Sharing: Your verification data is never sold, leased, or
shared with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties beyond the verified
IDV provider executing the check.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DECLINE KYC VERIFICATION?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

You maintain the right to decline KYC verification. However, because identity
assurance is a condition of serving high-risk or flagged accounts, declining
to complete verification will result in your pending order being cancelled and
your account being suspended or closed.

If you choose not to verify and your services have not yet been provisioned,
you may request a refund in accordance with our Terms of Service. Refunds
will be issued to the original payment method, minus non-recoverable third-party
payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
7. NEED ASSISTANCE?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

If you have questions regarding a KYC verification notice, need clarification
on an open verification request, or encounter an issue during the verification
flow, please contact us by opening a support ticket directly from your
42U Networks Customer Portal.
